We have a team of WordPress experts that can handle almost any request. This includes adding content, installing plugins or themes, adjusting CSS, HTML, and Javascript, and more. We ask that you submit one request at a time so we can complete it as quickly as possible, usually within a couple of hours. We have a team of developers working 24/7. We find that our clients are fair and reasonable and enjoy working with us.

We find that most WordPress problems can be fixed in 30 minutes or less. Here is an example list of types of tasks that IS included with your plan.  If you send a task that is outside of our scope we will contact you and provide you some options or quotes to help assist you. Here are examples of items that are NOT included in our service.

We strive to complete all tasks within 1 business day, but it usually happens MUCH faster. If we need additional information or clarification about the job we will notify you via email. Our team is available 24/7 except on major national holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and other statutory holidays. 

When you first sign up, we will ask you to provide your us with your WordPress login information (username/password) and your website hosting login info or FTP/Cpanel URL, username and password. You can typically find this information from your hosting provider.

Please let us know which task you want done quicker and we’ll attempt to move it to the front of the line in your list of tasks to be completed. Please note that for all tasks requiring more urgent attention may result in additional charges.

Having a valid license to a theme or plugin may solve the issue you are having with your website faster than us troubleshooting it. Why? Well supported themes or plugins have probably solved the issue you are facing and probably have released a fix or patch to address this. We strongly support software developers and are against software piracy (themes or plugins not purchased through official channels).

There is no contract involved. You pay monthly and in advance.

Our plans are flexible. You can upgrade/downgrade or even cancel at any time in order to meet your current needs. Just email us at and let us know which plan you’d like to change to. If you decide to upgrade/downgrade your monthly package, fees will be applied accordingly.

Yes, we accommodate single jobs as well (Woocommerce not included).  Click here to purchase a single support task for only $79.  Once you submit payment we will ask you for your WordPress website and web hosting login info. Afterwards you can send us an email describing your request and we will work to resolve the issue for you.

Bigger projects are outside the scope of what we do. But, our parent company Agency 5 provides custom website designs and we’d be happy to refer you to them.

We accept all major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express. After signing up, your card will be charged each month automatically on the same day that you signed up. We use Stripe for our payment processing. You can read about Stripe security here.
